When I found this on Google Earth I thought the satellite image showed a standing stamp mill. However when we drove by we could see it was only a foundation. We didn’t bother to get out of the car even though the hills behind the mill site where covered with obvious mining efforts. Albeit close to BLM land I believe this one to be on private land.
